RETURN POLICY:
What happens if I make a return?
If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement. Simply follow the retailer’s return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and we’ll pause your statement. As soon as the retailer has processed your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.
There’s something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?
You do not need to pay for goods that are received damaged, broken, or defective. Follow the retailer’s RETURN instructions and “report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement until the issue is resolved. As soon as the retailer has registered your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Manufacturer Returns:
Customer must have the original sales invoice. All returns must be made within seven (14) business days. Any returned merchandise must be in original condition with no defects or cosmetic damage. Any returns of new merchandise must have the approval of the manufacturer representative and must also be in its original condition with the instruction booklet and warranty card. No cash refunds will be issued.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site for shipping and processing purposes. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Klarna uses the latest safeguards and security to protect your information and prevent unauthorized purchases.
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY:
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has left our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:
Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.
SALES TAX:
All orders will be charged applicable sales tax.
Warranty and Equipment Policy
Beverage Management Systems warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Beverage Management System’s obligation under this warranty being limited to making good, at it’s factory, any part or parts thereof to the following period: Easypour Components, one (1) year; Easypour Screen one (1) year; Easypour Spouts, one (1) year; Power Supply (1) year; after installation to the original purchaser. All products are FOB Tualatin, Oregon.
1) Buyers of an Easybar product must return defective parts within 30 days to receive credit under warranty. Any defective parts returned to the factory under warranty any later than 30 days after a replacement part has been shipped will not be credited.
2) Any equipment that is physically damaged or mishandled is not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, moisture damage on electronic boards, cracked or damaged screens, and attempted field repair on warranty equipment by unauthorized personnel. Tampering with or removing serial numbers voids all warranties.
3) Beverage Management Systems reserves the right to make changes in design or to make additions to, or improvements on, all products without incurring any obligation or liability to install the same on any products previously manufactured. Warranties apply to stock items. Any special orders engineered by Beverage Management Systems at the request of a buyer are subject to special warranties.
4) Default on any debt owed to Beverage Management Systems due to customer bankruptcy, transfer of ownership, or any other reason voids all equipment warranties.
5) Please call the factory for repair charges of non-warranty parts.Laws and RegulationsBeverage Management Systems has complied with applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations. Easybar takes no responsibility or liability for local changes in laws, rules, and regulations, or local taxes imposed by any state or political subdivision thereof, or foreign country. All products are FOB Tualatin, Oregon. Changes made to Easybar systems due to Health Department Regulations are at owner’s expense.Interfacing and Custom Software are billed separately. Performance of Easybar cannot be related to custom software design satisfaction or Point of Sale (POS) operation for payment to dealer of factory.
